Why does Creative Writers' Circle exist?
It was a dark and stormy night...ok, not really, it was a pretty normal day...and it occured to someone who loved writing and reading that it would be cool if a website existed that held free writing contests that gave prizes to creative writers. In fact, that person thought that it would be so cool that they created this website.
Does it cost anything to enter the writing contests?
No, the contests are completely free, and they're going to stay that way.
Where does the prize money come from if the contests are free to enter?
Creative Writers' Circle is an ad-supported site. We do our best to keep the ads relevant, tasteful and as unobtrusive as is reasonable.
Who judges the writing contests?
People who are passionate about reading and writing and would prefer to remain anonymous. ; )
Are there any catches to entering the contests?
No.
Will you sell or share my information and / or submissions?
We respect your privacy and absolutely will not share your contact information. We will share your contest submissions if you win; non-winning entries will not be shared.
